Doctor Anneliese Wedin grew up nearby in Cottage Grove, MN. When she was nine her family moved up to the Woodbury area. At a young age, she fell in love with animals, which later became a love for the Veterinary field and Veterinary medicine. She started her career in the Veterinary field as a kennel assistant here at Woodbury Animal Hospital while she attended Woodbury High School. After High School graduation, she attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2001. After graduating from Veterinary School she worked at a veterinary clinic in the cities, but came full circle when she returned to Woodbury Animal Hospital in 2003 as an associate veterinarian. Doctor Anneliese lives locally in Woodbury with her husband, two daughters, three cats, and one dog. Her hobbies include ice skating, Taylor Swift concerts, traveling, crafts, and Pokemon Go.
