New client information

Please be prepared to put a $25 deposit down while calling us for an appointment. Your deposit will go towards your appointment cost. If you cannot make your appointment or need to change, please let us know 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up to the appointment or cancel within the 24 hours you will lose the deposit.

If you have previous veterinary history, please bring it to your appointment or email it to us ahead of time at wah@woodburyvets.com.

Please arrive at your appointment around 10 minutes before your scheduled time and fill out the new client form online.
